Use of the calculators

AbacusKit is free to use. The calculators give estimates for information only. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and they do not replace your payslip, a tax return, a notice from an authority or the advice of a professional. No advisory relationship arises from using the site or from writing to us.

Accuracy

We build each calculator from official sources and test it, but rules change and some cases are not covered. Each calculator page lists its sources, its scope and the date of its last update. We do not promise that results are complete, current or error-free, and you use them at your own risk. If you find a mistake, please tell us through the report link on the calculator.

Availability

The site is free and may be changed, paused or ended at any time. We do not promise that it is always available.

Your responsibilities

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, overload it with automated requests, or collect its content on a large scale without permission.

Content and rights

The texts, design and software of AbacusKit are protected by copyright. You may use the results of the calculators for your own purposes and link to our pages freely. Please do not copy our texts or calculators as a whole without permission. Embeds and the API, if offered, have their own terms.

Independence

AbacusKit is not affiliated with any government, authority, bank or insurer. Names of authorities and laws are used only to name the sources.

Links to other websites are provided for information; we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires it. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of a duty that is essential to the contract, and only for the damage that could typically be foreseen. Because the calculators are free estimates, please check important figures with the official source or a professional before you rely on them. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the last update. If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays valid.
